“I recently used Rob from iDrain for our domestic drainage works. This included a new storm-water system which involved cesspits, settling chambers, soak hole, and driveway channel and grate. Rob also replaced a section of public sewer pipe on our property, relocated our private sewer and did the waste for our new garage/home office. Rob was very professional from the first communication, through to the quotation and then the work that was completed. He was very patient and flexible with us as once I had accepted his quote, as our consent took longer than anticipated. Once the start date was given, he turned up on time, and stuck to all his estimates in terms of time-frames and quote. His pricing was very reasonable and Rob did some extra work for me with his digger at a very good hourly rate. His work was faultless, and he passed and took care of the council inspections for me which was great.
